I am a mental health counselor pursuing my Ph.D in Counselor Education and recently joined the Prevail Counseling and Wellness Team. I possess a strong passion for helping individuals live a life they love through mental and emotional wellness. The word that comes to mind when I reflect on the opportunity, I have to walk alongside my clients is grateful. The unique needs of each client matter to me.

I have experience providing therapy to incarcerated individuals across a spectrum of mental health concerns. My therapeutic style is a mix of solution-focused therapy, strengths-based therapy, and reality therapy. I look at the individual needs of each client to include interventions and approaches that best suit them.
